Q. How much are the shipping charges?

Q. What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged pant?

If there's anything wrong with the plant shipped by Nurturing Green, we will get the product picked up from your place and replace/refund your order.

Q. Can I return a product ordered from Nurturing Green?

On Nurturing Green, we offer you Unconditional Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return any unopened Plant in its original packaging, for a refund.

Q. How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can check the status of your order in your Order History under My Account with your order number.

Q. When and how can I cancel an order?

You can initiate the cancellation of your order if your order status does not change to Under Process even after three days of making the payment.

Q. Do I need to pay anything at the time of delivery of the item?

The total amount charged at the time of placing the order is inclusive of shipping charges, if any. However, specific charges will have to be paid by you at the time of delivery.
